True innovation begins by looking beyond visible phenomena to discover new possibilities. As a public-interest corporation under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and an international non-governmental organization (INGO) centered on Korea’s advanced medical expertise and people, our association seeks to practice the “Art of Vision”: designing the future of Korean medical tourism by bringing together physician-led expertise and a strong network of members.
First, creating distinctive value through convergence.
Beyond treatment alone, we will build a distinctive medical tourism model in which patients experience both Korea’s high-quality healthcare and its engaging culture, discovering renewed energy for their lives.
Second, building a sustainable ecosystem through shared growth.
Grounded in transparent governance and reliable accountability, we will form a network in which around 200 member organizations grow together. Through this network, we aim to create an adaptable and resilient industry ecosystem that can withstand changes in the external environment.
Our association will serve as a platform leading K-Medi’s global development. We will concentrate our capabilities on establishing Korea firmly as a global medical tourism hub.
